Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Aid in the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and supporting orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Employee Records Management: Update and maintain employee files and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to HR initiatives like employee engagement, training programs, and performance management.
  • Communication: Help draft HR communications and internal newsletters to keep employees informed on policies and events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general assistance to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Qualifications::
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Internship Duration:
  • This internship is for a duration of 3 months, with an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
