About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Publisher Business Development professional to join our Performance Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and scaling publishers across Web and Mobile App campaigns, with a major focus on Tier-1 geographies including the US, CA, EU, and UK markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understanding of affiliate/performance marketing, and the ability to build and maintain publisher relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage publishers for Web and App campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates, media partners, and publisher networks.
• Work closely with internal Account Management and Operations teams to scale campaign performance.
• Focus on growing traffic and revenue across Tier-1 geographies including US, Canada, Europe, and UK.
• Monitor publisher performance and optimize delivery quality.
• Coordinate campaign launches, tracking setup, and troubleshooting with publishers.
• Negotiate payouts and maintain healthy publisher engagement.
• Ensure smooth communication regarding caps, KPIs, targeting, and campaign updates.
• Stay updated with latest affiliate and mobile marketing trends.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Knowledge of CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPS models is preferred.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with international markets (US/CA/EU/UK) is a plus.
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

• Understanding of Web and Mobile App traffic.
• Exposure to affiliate platforms or tracking tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple publishers and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
