About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who not only designs beautiful interfaces but also understands business goals and user behaviour. The ideal candidate should be capable of connecting design decisions with product growth, conversions, and overall business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for websites and SaaS products.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech teams.
• Optimize user journeys to improve conversions, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Build and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Implement micro-interactions and animations to enhance UX.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and usability best practices.
• Experience in designing websites and SaaS products.
• Ability to think from a business perspective (conversion, funnels, retention).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong prototyping and interaction design skills.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience with animations and micro-interactions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
