About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer and Designer who can take an idea from wireframe to production. You will design beautiful, conversion-focused interfaces and then build them yourself as fast, responsive, animated front-ends, connecting design decisions with product growth, conversions, and overall business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for websites and SaaS products.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Build pixel-perfect, responsive front-ends from your designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap 5.
  • Develop reusable components and pages in React.js and Next.js.
  • Create smooth scroll, entrance and micro-interaction animations with GSAP.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech teams.
  • Optimize user journeys and page performance to improve conversions, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
  • Continuously iterate on designs and code based on data, feedback, and business goals.

Required skills & qualifications

  • 0–1 year of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and usability best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap 5.
  • Working knowledge of React.js and Next.js.
  • Experience creating web animations with GSAP.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to think from a business perspective (conversion, funnels, retention).
  • A portfolio showing both design work and live, coded projects.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

A designer who can also code? We'd love to hear from you.
